We may also collect technical data such as IP address, device type, browser details, usage activity, and approximate location to operate the site and maintain platform security.

We use information to deliver and improve services, respond to requests, personalize recommendations, secure accounts, process payments, troubleshoot issues, measure performance, and communicate important updates. SpaceStatic does not sell personal information.

SpaceStatic may use cookies, analytics, and similar technologies to understand feature usage, measure performance, remember preferences, and detect technical or security issues. You can adjust browser settings to manage cookies, though some features may not work as expected if cookies are disabled.

We may share information with vendors that support core operations, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, communications, and customer support. These partners are expected to safeguard information and use it only for authorized purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate business records. When information is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymized where practical.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by emailing josh_perry@spacestatic.com. Where applicable, you may also object to processing or ask us to restrict certain uses of your information.

SpaceStatic services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.

By accessing or using SpaceStatic products, consultations, content, websites, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian to use SpaceStatic services. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity that occurs under their account.

Pricing is communicated before purchase. Some offerings may require payment upfront to reserve time, services, or resources. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work begins. If a session is rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours of notice, we will work with you to apply the payment to a new date.

PC repair rates do not include shipping or handling. Any shipping, handling, packaging, insurance, or carrier fees are billed separately unless they are clearly included in a written agreement.

Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with SpaceStatic services. You agree not to upload malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, or use the services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity. SpaceStatic may suspend access for conduct that puts the platform, clients, or community at risk.

Original content, designs, software, documentation, and code made available through SpaceStatic services are owned by SpaceStatic unless otherwise noted. Client deliverables are provided for the purposes described in the relevant agreement. Written permission is required before reusing materials outside the scope originally provided.

Certain features may rely on third-party platforms such as payment processors, authentication providers, hosting services, analytics tools, or communication services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those tools. SpaceStatic is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.

We aim to keep services available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. Features, pricing, and availability may evolve or be discontinued as SpaceStatic improves the experience. Material updates to these Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

SpaceStatic services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Guidance shared in consultations is for informational purposes and should not replace qualified professional advice where applicable, including medical, legal, tax, financial, or safety advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaceStatic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using SpaceStatic services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if action is required to protect the safety, security, or integrity of the platform, clients, or community.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in those jurisdictions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
