By accessing or using SpaceStatic products, consultations, and content (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian to use the Services. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and any activity that occurs under their account.
Pricing is communicated before purchase. Some offerings may require payment upfront to reserve time or resources. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work begins. If a session is rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will work with you to apply the payment to a new date.
Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or reverse engineer the Services. You agree not to upload malicious code or infringe on any intellectual property rights when sharing materials. SpaceStatic may suspend access for violations that put the platform, clients, or community at risk.
All original content, designs, and code made available through the Services are owned by SpaceStatic unless otherwise noted. Client deliverables are provided for the purposes outlined in the relevant agreement. Please request written permission before reusing any materials in a manner not originally intended.
Certain features may rely on third-party platforms (such as payment processors or authentication). Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those tools. We strive to select reliable partners but are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those services.
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. Features may evolve or be discontinued as we improve the experience. Material updates to these Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Guidance shared in consultations is for informational purposes and should not replace professional advice where applicable (for example, medical or legal guidance).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaceStatic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the safety, security, or integrity of the platform or community.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of South Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be handled in these jurisdictions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
